Das Dilemma, laut Polak und Beisenherz: Ofarim habe dadurch vielleicht einerseits gelogen, andererseits aber auch nicht. Beide Gesprächspartner seien sich im Podcast einig gewesen: »Irgendetwas stimmt da nicht«, bei dem damaligen Vorgang.
Es sind erstaunliche Sätze für einen RTL-Mitarbeiter, die nicht nur den damaligen Ermittlungen (und Ofarims eigenem Geständnis) direkt widersprechen – von einer antisemitischen Aussage eines Gasts berichtete kein einziger Zeuge –, sondern auch an Schuldumkehr grenzen. Im Begleittext zur mittlerweile gelöschten Folge heißt es: »Vielleicht ist heute nicht mehr der ›Schuldige‹ das Problem, sondern unsere Lust, einen zu brauchen.« Wurde die Folge aufgrund solcher juristisch heikler Aussagen gelöscht? Oder gab es eine Intervention des Senders?
