Today, Sikorsky presented the Air Ops team an award for rescues made during the Christmas 2025 rain storm & GE Aerospace also presented an award to the Department.

CERT members are an integral part of their local communities - they have acquired the skills to care for themselves, families & neighbors in the event of a disaster.

Yesterday evening, #LACoFD FS 32 located in the City of Azusa, participated in a Read Across America event at the Azusa Public Library. FFs enjoyed reading to the children in attendance and sharing important home fire safety tips.

Yesterday, the #LACoFD held a Flag Ceremony in honor of IT Manager I Brett “Tony” Sereno who passed away on 1/30/26.

Tony was assigned to the Info. Mgmt. Div. w/5 years of dedicated service to the LACoFD.

February is American ❤️ Month

Today, #LACoFD nurse educators & FFPMs provided 92 #LACoFD #Explorers w/life-saving #CPR training.

We encourage everyone to learn hands-only CPR.

Immediate bystander CPR can double, even triple a patient’s chance of survival.

#PioneerIC 🔥🚨🚒

On 2/8, #LACoFD firefighters responded to a commercial structure fire directly across the street from Fire Station 30.

A firefighter on duty at the station saw smoke coming from the building and initiated the response, enabling a swift response time.
