Just reviewed a #LEED multifamily project in NYC. It's in a nook of The Bronx, not near the subway or what anyone would call a transit hub, and it has no parking.

But bc LEED requires a transit count, I know there are >700 daily bus rides within 1/4 mile. "Near transit" can have lots of meanings.

Oh man, you should see Cincinnati. So many new #LEED homes that are either townhomes or detached townhome-like 3-story homes on split lots. The new ones aren’t cheap, but the influx of housing keeps prices down overall.
