Yes, some of us did act like adhd boys, and we got shamed and or punished for being bad girls, not given a dx and resources like the boys

It took until almost 40yr old to realize you aren't supposed to try your best to read all the letters at the eye test.
If you do that, you leave without getting help and continue having headaches... Instead you are supposed to do poorly if you see poorly.
