Could I please see your favourite recipe for #laverbread?
I'm trying to remember how we used to make it as kids but I'm yet to stumble onto the right recipe.

Box of 10 Laverbreads from Parsons in Wales 🏴 just delivered. It contains Vit B6 B12 A & C. Superfood. Bara Lawr is the Welsh name for Laverbread.
Ingredients Seaweed, Sea Salt & Water. Cardboard box with metal tin inside. All recyclable. saving the planet at the same time.

Breakfast of champions!
Two large rashers of smoked back bacon from the local butcher here in England 🏴 and produced using their own pork. Scrambled eggs from locally free ranged poultry, also bought from the butchers. Laverbread from Wales 🏴 mixed with porage oats from Scotland 🏴 All on a mainly white plate on a grey multi tablecloth.
Dinner tonight. Not been eating much but fancied a big breakfast for dinner!
Butchers bacon, scrambled eggs and laverbread with oats.

I find it frustrating that I can't find laverbread in local stores in SE England. Plenty of raw ingredients and finished products from Asia, Poland, Jamaica, and other areas. I enjoy those as well, but I wish I could more easily pickup laverbread for my cooking. #laverbread
A plate on a colourful place mat with egg, bacon and fried Laverbread mixed with Scot’s Porage Oats. I used to use oatcakes crumbled into it but this works better for texture and taste. A mug of strong coffee in a Welsh pattern from a woollen blanket. The pattern is Caernarfon.
A tin of Laverbread in a box labelled PARSONS. “A traditional Welsh Delicacy” it states. A blue and white bowl of it in a picture on the box. I order it from them. You have to order 10 and get free postage. We get through them!! Yum!😋
