Kais’ Weg: Vom Fußballplatz in Syrien zur Trainerlizenz in Deutschland Kais wurde in Syrien geboren und fand schon früh seine Leidenschaft für den Fußball. 2017 musste er mit seiner Familie fliehen – der Start in ein neues Leben in Deutschland war herausfordernd. Doch durch den Sport fand er nicht nur Anschluss, sondern auch eine Perspektive. Heute gibt er als Trainer sein Wissen weiter und unterstützt andere Menschen mit Fluchterfahrung. Das Projekt „Willkommen im Sport“ (2015–2024) erleichterte Menschen mit Fluchthintergrund den Zugang zu Sportangeboten und förderte gesellschaftliche Teilhabe.
