Collage of four travel photos from the past 30+ years. I know I'm incredibly lucky to have had these opportunities. This post isn't meant to show off but just to capture seasons elsewhere in the world. Not travelled so far afield for 20 years, now I'm a grown up with bills and responsibilities!
Spring: Fyffe House, Kaikoura, NZ. Last remaining whalers house c. 1845. Now a visitor museum. Pink house with a large sloping roof in a garden of anemones. (Analogue photo).
Summer: Sitting on the famous 'Diana' bench in front of the Taj Mahal, India. Family behind also trying to have their photo taken. Can only describe the furnace-like intensity of the heat as 'withering'. (Analogue photo).
Autumn: Dunluce Castle ruins taken looking through autumnal coloured cliff grasses with a grey sky overhead. (iPhone camera).
Winter: Taken from the back of a husky sled in Finnish Lapland. Husky dogs and tree silhouettes in the distance and the curved handle of the sled in the middle distance, plus lots of snow! It was -18 degrees C one day...so cold! (Analogue photo).
