Que salga una nueva revista de videojuegos en papel siempre es un acontecimiento. En realidad es el renacer de una publicación de finales de los 90 (muy recordada la portada de Cloud y Tifa) que en su día gozó de cierto prestigio.

Photo enforcement circa 1980 lacked nuance.
Modern #video enforcement with computer-assisted image interpretation and classification (I'm agnostic AI or ML or other methods here) should be able to reliably distinguish between #stopping #standing #loading or #unloading vs #parking No confusion.
