Thru workshops and local learning networks, citizens can gain greater awareness of how all investments of time, energy, and money (the “votes”) each of us make in our everyday circumstances become the larger economy. People from every variety of circumstances can learn how to wisely cast such “votes”. Wisely directed, such “votes” can result in countless ways of earning a living which contribute to peacebuilding, community revitalization, and ecological sustainability efforts necessary to drastically reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions, and minimize other related challenges.
Once it becomes clear local residents are “getting together” on Net Zero #GHG (Greenhouse Gas) emission #supplychains and #SRI (Socially Responsible Investing) enabling-peace supply chains; + many local communities = “driving” economies from global to just, sustainable communities, ecosystems; changes many come more quickly in upper echelons of govts, intl corporations, intl banks, etc., which have been--thus far--slow to respond to Climate Emergency (and many other challenges).](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:ucn3s4aup3qd7zbns626b5ig/bafkreigvyutk5twpx6wgkamrtmrcmq3nj3lutndw6hgqsbrlkjmroyymdy)
