Last year I sponsored a bill that would have put an end to our twice-yearly time change because switching our clocks harms Nevadans.
Based on the outpouring of support that bill received from the community, I’m not alone in wanting to end this outdated practice.

Correction: #California approved the idea of #PermanentDST in a ballot measure in 2018, but the legislature failed to act.

As I’ve ranted for years running, I prefer permanent Daylight Saving Time, but I’ll take any #locktheclock initiative. These time changes are a net negative, and I will happily accept permanent Standard to keep people safe.
