This is a Logic Model graphic created by Tutor/Mentor Connection (1993-present) and Tutor/Mentor Institute, LLC (2011-present). From left to right it shows how belief in the power of connecting a youth and adult in on-going tutor/mentor program leads to recognition of the need for organized places where those connections can be made and supported. In huge cities like Chicago many such programs are needed because of the size of the population and the geography.
