Oh yeaaah, Doc. Earthican kids were off the meds, off the hook AND no chain whatsoever crazy in the 90's.
I don't know if headlines would even exist of such stupidity given the era but I wouldn't doubt there be something on microfiche in one of our larger libraries.

Great to hear this. A well built subscription model -- ahem, I'm trying to work on one now, full disclosure -- spreads costs across as many payers as possible in a way that feels fair. Hard to do but in consultation with payers, you can figure out. #longlivelibraries #powerofthepurse
