Some Democratic Party members are as xenophobic as the GOP. I've watched Lynch in #MA08 vote against immigrants and refugees every chance he gets.
We really deserve better in #MA08 than Lynch.
Once again, obviously not apples to apples comparing support among the caucus to support among district primary voters, BUT it stands out that colleagues preferred a more dynamic, decades-younger choice to Stephen Lynch for committee leadership. 🤷♂️

Proud to join my friend and Congressional Public Housing Caucus co-chair @lynch.house.gov for an important housing forum in his district of #MA08 today.
We’re united in our belief: housing is a human right – & it’s more critical than ever that we protect and expand affordable housing options.
Is this going to change his mind? Not if it's only me asking. I'm just one person.
But if more people call and talk about how ICE is affecting #MA08? If his primary challenger calls him out? If we act outside of Bluesky instead of scolding people here?

The friend of a friend was taken away by ICE while he was picking up his kids from school. Illegally.
So yeah, Stephen Lynch could and should fight ICE, but his actions show that he agrees with ICE.

#MA08 Congressman Stephen Lynch might face a primary next year. It makes sense, as he is the last Democrat left to have voted against the ACA.
However, he's still popular. Take 2020 for example. He faced a tough fight from progressive doctor Robbie Goldstein and still won big!
