Los libros en español fueron sacados de los anaqueles el año pasado porque “no circulan”, razón risible. La mayoría de los usuarios son hispanos, latinos. He notado la colección crecer este año. Excelente.

#SouthDade Regional #Library will be closed for a year & a half. Refurbishing & remodeling is appreciated, needed but will be a hoot for the neighboring branch libraries. The reassigned staff to the branches will help alleviate the strain from increased patronage at those #MDPLS #PublicLibraries.

Here’s a love note to my local library, the Coral Reef Branch. They had free tutoring and story time for my son. Movies that we borrowed and WiFi I used for work. It was so much more than a place with books. It is a lovely friendly cool respite from the out side. #mdpls
