I'm not sure if Mark Buehrle ever gets elected to the HOF, but honestly, this is the year it should happen.
It's a weak class, and he's arguably the best player on the ballot without steroid allegations.
If Buehrle played for the Yankees or Dodgers, I think he'd already be in.

The full list is Bobbv Abreu, Carlos Beltrán, Ryan Braun, Mark Buehrle, Shin-Soo Choo, Edwin Encarnación. Gio González. Alex Gordon. Cole Hamels, Félix Hernández, Torii Hunter, Andruw Jones, Matt Kemp, Howie Kendrick, Nick Markakis, Daniel Murphy, Dustin Pedroia, Hunter Pence, Andy Pettitte, Rick Porcello, Manny Ramírez, Álex Rodríguez, Francisco Rodríquez, Jimmy Rollins, Chase Utley, Omar Vizquel and David Wright. Players who receive at least 75% of the Hall of Fame vote are inducted into the Hall of Fame. Of those remaining, players need to receive at least 5% of the vote to stav on the ballot. After 10 tries, a player would then lapse off the BBWAA ballot. That doesn't mean their Hall of Fame hopes are permanently off the table, however.

It still bugs me that someone didn't vote for Ichiro to be in the HoF. Guy put up HoF and historic numbers in the US in essentially the latter half of a career.

Ichiro was such an unique player, esp for the era he played in. If he played his whole career in #MLB he breaks Rose’s hit record, IMO. #MLBHOF I hope one day the veterans committee looks at Matsui’s case again and considers his entire career in baseball.
