Gestern Abend um halb 10 totmüde ins Bett gekrabbelt. Heute die Wohnung geputzt und mich dabei schön übernommen. Ist aber alles ganz easy. Das wurde mir zumindest gestern gesagt.

Für mich ein Alibi, ein Pflaster damit niemand merkt wie ausgegrenzt und gedemütigt #MmB werden.
Heute ein bisschen Heiteitei und charity und morgen wieder ignorieren.

#MmB ungefragt anfassen oder 'helfen' geht gar nicht. Das heißt soviel wie "Das kannst du sowieso nicht". Auch wenn es nicht so gemeint ist. Man kann ja fragen und bei einem "geht schon" unauffällig ein Auge drauf haben aus dem Hintergrund.
Ein Rollator ist Gehhilfe, Lastenträger, Pausenstuhl +++.
