Combine in an ice-filled shaker and shake:
🔸2 oz Gin (such as Hendrick's Neptunia)
🔸1 oz Simple syrup
🔸1/2 oz Lemon juice
Strain into a coupe. Spoon a layer of foam on top. Garnish with dried seaweed and ear plugs.
