In quantms.org, we reanalyse data without imposing an age limit on datasets. But here's a thought: should we start setting a minimum threshold of 10k MS2 per MSRun to ensure data quality? Some fractions barely hit that. Curious to hear if this is too strict or not strict enough. #Proteomics #MSMS
