Groups file suit to declare Montana’s right to abortion is unconstitutional The Montana Supreme Court rejected a ‘last-minute’ argument, while groups say every amendment passed since 1978 has been ‘deficient.’

MT Constitutional Initiative 128 was passed OVERWHELMINGLY in 11/2024 to protect abortion rights. And these pricks think they have the right to overturn the majority choice of MT voters over a technicality. 🤬

They all should've been swallowed.

At separate events in Superior and Helena, according to the Char- Koosta, Sheehy said if he missed a "double-heel shot" in a rodeo on the reservation, "there's a Coors Light can in the side of your head."

In one audio clip obtained by Char-Koosta, Sheehy tells a crowd in Shelby about cattle ranching on the Crow Reservation. "A great way to bond with all the Indians is being out there while they're drunk at 8 a.m. and you're roping together," he said to a laughing audience.
