Across all three images shown, a black cat leaps down off a flying book and lands into a very poofy purple pillow, feathers and decorative tassels soaring into the air around the cat.

I swear that pillow looks so cozy, especially when you have a snuggly cat to share it with... Too bad my cat is independant. :')

What Narset is doing is a variation of the 3-3-3 method of helping calm yourself during a panic attack. It's a technique that helps you ground yourself in the present by forcing your attention to 3 things you can see, hear and move.
