According to @kim.senate.gov the #TrumpBudget
1) Cuts $18 bil from the National Institute of Health (half its budget) & $2.7 bil from cancer research.
2) It guts the CISA budget (cybersecurity), cuts 1,000 from CISA staff, & completely eliminates the election security program.
