I've had calls from several friends who no longer live here, watching the coverage. Everyone's asking if we have a Chief of Police? Over a year ago #GoLocal asked #MayorSmiley why isn't #ChiefPerez at major press conferences, but no answers were given. Does anyone know why he's been sidelined?
