Metrorail weekend service for Saturday, November 15 through Sunday, November 16 Advisory Effective: 11/15/25 - 11/16/25 Hours: Sat 6 a.m. - 2 a.m.; Sun 6 a.m. - midnight Red Line Free shuttle buses replace trains between Friendship Heights and Medical Center. Trains run every 8 minutes (daytime) and 10 minutes (evening) between Shady Grove and Medical Center and between Friendship Heights and Glenmont. Express shuttle service will run between Medical Center and Friendship Heights, and local shuttle service between Medical Center, Bethesda, and Friendship Heights. Orange Lin Trains single track between West Falls Church and Vienna. Trains run every 20 minutes between Vienna and New Carrollton. Silver Line Trains run every 10-15 minutes between Ashburn and Stadium-Armory, and every 20-30 minutes on the branches between Stadium-Armory and New Carrollton or Downtown Largo.
