This includes all platforms/storefronts, both hardcover & paperback. As may be evident to many of you, the company has significantly reduced operability & resources now. That means we can't fulfill all the refunds instantaneously. The process will be slow, and we are unable to set a clear deadline. We know this is insufficient. We shouldn't have let it get this far - as many of you warned us about, repeatedly. Our sincere apologies.
