How to make a Moderation List aka BLOCK LIST:
1. Click HOME ICON (bottom left)
2. Click 3 LINES (top left)
3. Scroll down to SETTINGS
4. Click Moderation
5. Click Moderation lists
6. Click +LIST (top right)
7. Name and save
8. Start adding users
