A 1x2 board goes through the jug handle of a plastic gallon jug of molasses balanced across the rim of a large kettle and another board helps prop the bottle up so it is inverted over the top of the kettle

I figured out a way to hold the stupid molasses jug over the kettle while it takes forever to drain. I'll be fermenting this with wild yeast I captured from some flowers I picked in The Bahamas.
