Tonight’s “fancy” meal is TJ’s Mac and cheese with some canned chicken and shelled edamame.

Pairing, not so successfully with the very delicious 2022 Structure Cellars Chardonnay.

My favorite thing about wine tasting in Sodo, and ending my night at Structure Cellars.

It’s like home. And a blanket and snacks and #SPN on Tv.
