Schema.org JSON-LD snippet showing a schema:Dataset with @id, name, etc, and in red suggestions, e.g. the use of schema:mainEntity with a list of schema:Things (one protein structure and one (bio)schemas:MolecularEntity with @id, name, and identifier, but omitting the relevant "conformsTo". Also suggestions for citing a related publication and how to add the ORCID as id for a creator.
