Gene regulatory network analysis pointed to NFIB as a central hub. It interacts e.g. with MEIS2 and TCF4, and drives late-stage enhancer activation. Heterochronic transplants suggests: maturation competence is sensitive to environmental timing.

US May NFIB small business optimism index 98.8 vs 95.9 expected * Prior 95.8 The 98.8 figure is slightly above the 51-year average of 98. Expected business conditions and sales expectations contributed the most to the rise in the index. The Uncertainty Index rose two points from April to 94. Eighteen percent of small business owners reported taxes as their single most important problem, up two points from April and ranking as the top problem. The last time taxes were ranked as the top single most important problem was in December 2020. NFIB Chief Economist Bill Dunkelberg said: "Although optimism recovered slightly in May, uncertainty is still high among small business owners. While the economy will continue to stumble along until the major sources of uncertainty are resolved, owners reported more positive expectations on business conditions and sales growth." This article was written by Giuseppe Dellamotta at www.forexlive.com.

I bet those who turned up for the switch on of these lights, couldn't believe what they were seeing... #NFiB Parish Council should be embarrassed at this... 95k in the bank...

Seeing trees, like this, with branches growing so low down on the trunk, that are next to footpaths, really annoy me...

It's the way they obscure the line of sight, that does it.

Having spoken with #NFiB Parish Council, I've been told, they can't touch them, but I can... And will... One at a time.

. @sblitz1 "What is most important about today’s #NFIB survey is trying to divine whether firms will choose to spend their optimism by planning to add to capital rather than labor."
