My favourite regional, NYS&W, handles malt deliveries to FX Matt Brewery (Saranac) in Utica, NY. Currently with a borrowed vintage ALCo! How cool is that?

Once everything is baked, I can start on the frosting! Vanilla buttercream for the vanilla, cream cheese for the pumpkin spice, ganache for the chocolate.

Then everything gets packed up, a few dozen stashed in the fridge to share with people not at #NYSW, and we sleep!
