GoPi5Go-Dave managed to detect a standard 36h11 #apriltag (150mm on a side) from 6 meters away. Hopefully someday he will be able to use Steve Macenski's new #Nav2 docking feature to find his way home.

Even though my #ROS #robot has a "Flopsy Wheel", it managed a #nav2 trip to the kitchen and back in 6 minutes today. It only got confused once, probably due its "can't drive straight" problem.

What does a #ROS2_Humble #Robot getting lost look like?

#nav2 seems to work great in sterile environments. My home is apparently not a robot-friendly navigation environment.
