I'd also visit my great aunt and uncle in King of Prussia. They didn't fly; they took Amtrak. They'd tell such great stories about their adventures riding the rails. I wanted adventures and stories too!

We have had #NerdTrain trips on the Canadian from Toronto to Vancouver and on the Ocean from Halifax to Montreal. The former is the nicest long rail trip in North America, by far. Definitely do that at some point.
