Chatting to my son about the RNLI training … he said they had to jump off a 5 metre high board 😳into water obv !
He said the trainer said don’t look down walk straight off ( in full kit )
He said was a bit nervous but did it

of a little ditty jam, that had ad-libbed lyrics that i ended up using in a very sweet song i wrote my bestie who was getting married.
