TCP 依赖丢包来判断拥塞。在高 RTT(延迟)环境中:
丢包反馈慢
拥塞窗口恢复慢
高峰期速度反复掉
结果就是:
👉 明明还有带宽,但 TCP 不敢用。
Hysteria 的思路是:主动探测可用带宽,而不是被动等待丢包。
