The nurse-nun on the left is holding a syringe with something resembling blood and is creepily smiling. Her name's Eva and her white attire is slightly different from the one on the right. Eva is a white woman with dirty blonde hair tied in a braid and deep red eyes. On the right, María Teresa, an important nun holding a lore-relevant dagger and is slightly hurting her hand, leaving a blood drop on her hand. The attire is more detailed than Eva's. María Teresa is a white woman with curly dark-blueish hair, round glasses and pink/purple eyes.
