I was diagnosed with audio processing disorder late in life, which is like dyslexia for your sense of hearing. Taking notes in class from a powerpoint and a lecturer resulted in a mishmash of words in my notebook. Transcripts of talks and recorded audio allow playback are a life saver! #NextGenSci
