If @indivisible.org, @50501movement.bsky.social & the big Unions coordinated & linked a day (or more) long strike with #NoKings protests on March 28th - maybe staging a #NoFoolsStrike on April 1st - that would send a message to elected representatives AND help normalize resistance for more people. 🧵
Then we win the midterms and get him Impeached, Convicted, and Removed by Feb 2027.
But to push Trump to the edge: #USNationalGeneralStrike organized by @indivisible.org & #Unions. I, personally, like April 1st as the date bc it’s right after #NoKings on 3/28 & we could call it #NoFoolsStrike
I strongly AGREE with @gallego.senate.gov that there needs to be a #USNationalGeneralStrike. I strongly DISAGREE that we should wait until AFTER Trump meddles more with elections. We need to be proactive and strike somewhere around the March 28 #NoKingsProtests. I like April 1st for a #NoFoolsStrike
The next #NoKings protests are scheduled for March 28th. It would be smart to coordinate a #NationalGeneralStrike with that. Perhaps a #NoFoolsStrike starting on April 1?
We’ll need a list of demands. I, personally, would like Trump to resign or be removed as a START.
