Jojo is at risk due to behavioral reasons. Despite our best efforts at making Jojo comfortable he has remained highly fearful during his stay. He is often at the back of the kennel tense and trembling. He is highly reluctant to exit the kennel and allows minimal handling. He is also not receptive to treats. When handlers attempt to interact he will retreat and face the back corner of his kennel. Medically, Jojo has dental disease and Otitis External
