The Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) (read the Kyoto Protocol #CarbonMarket) was never a good idea. But like a vampire, it never seems to die. At #COP30, it's time to put it to rest forever & not allow these credits to put people & the climate at risk. #NoOffsets

Frontline communities are paying the price while polluters profit. Cap-and-Trade offsets let companies keep polluting and drain revenue from the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund —money that should fund equity, health, and affordable clean energy. Phase out offsets now. #ClimateJustice #NoOffsets #GGRF
