Looking up the enormous sunlit trunk of the largest Ponderosa Pine I've found yet in the Hualapai Mtns. A 'grandaddy' as my wife called it, easily double the size of the numerous 80-90 ft specimens around it, as if it alone had survived or been spared somehow when the first rush of humanity pressed westward.
Trees give the best vibes. 🌲 🤗
