The Times is reporting SCOTUS allows Lisa Cook to stay at the Federal Reserve and sets argument for January UNLIKE all the other agency officials SCOTUS has allowed Trump to fire pending appeal. I agree with this one, disagree with the rest, but once again no legal basis for distinction. #notacourt
