As we assess what this means for New York’s STS integration, we’re temporarily suspending the integration deadline for cultivators and other licensees. This pause allows us to fully evaluate the systems implications and communicate next steps. Please Note: This does not change the requirement for all licensees to maintain a real-time inventory tracking system.

The move to continue to require inventory tracking, while taking away the ability to report inventory to the regulator is not a novel choice.

Oklahoma did something similar in Oklahoma when #OMMA did not have a vendor-managed solution in place.

Oklahoma Cannabis Processor Faces License Threat Amid Controversy Over Testing And Sanitation Claims In June, the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority issued a recall on certain products produced at Graves Farm in Ardmore, saying the products were not properly tested before hitting the market.

"“I could take the same product and send it to five different testing companies, and I’ll get five different results from the THC,” he said."
