There are two factors here. 1. More than half of Ontarians (55%) couldn't be bothered to vote during the last provincial election held in February. 2. Both Doug and his late brother Rob have been fairly popular in the vote-rich suburbs while the #OLP & #ONDP keep splitting the vote. #ONpoli
