最近買った本の中から折った
前半10工程は折り筋付けが続く(紙の大きさも相まって約10分かかった)
首の後ろ側を押し込むように折る工程や胸のカドを台形に潰す工程が難しかった
前脚の中割り折りは手前から3番目の層で行なった
推奨用紙サイズの35cm角で折ったが、このサイズでは顔や足先の折りが相当細かかった
完成サイズも意外と小さくなった
もっと大きい紙(50cm？)の方が良さげ

折り図冒頭の文章に「折る楽しさを最大限にする、という目標でつくりました」と書かれていて、大胆な潰し折りや引き出し折りが折ってて楽しかった
意図したモノかは不明だが、お腹側が白い点も特徴的
ヒレやお腹は開(ひら)き止めに糊付けした
前述の文章に「曲線を用いて仕上げてみてください」と書いてあったのでペンを使ってヒレや尻尾に丸みを付けた

We did coloring + crafts yesterday for our no school day. Origami tulips, flowers, pinwheels, a butterfly and a free-form creation! The butterflies were a fun "mystery" activity. They colored white squares of cardstock then we ran it throughout the machine. #childrenslibrarian #kidscrafts #origami
