I almost had no idea what prompt/idea I wanted to go with this time so I planned to go with the usual jokster way until, like everyday, this came out last minute. Even nearly finished it until I went asleep because it was getting near midnight. That's what careful correction does to you. I'm certain someone has done a self-reflection type of drawing with her for a long while, but I still thought it was worth a shot here. Probably should've included more people like her other DJ friends besides Acht, but the space of the background is pretty full as is. The shading is a little barebones (obviously because of time), but if you know me, I just like doing the old crusty approach. Not so much about the poses, but they're passable. Also, just in case, that little lanky blob baby is also Marina when she was a small bright toddler (even thinking that's what she looked like when she was either 4 or even 6 when she got rolled into the elementary training program). I did in fact take that straight out of the Bankara Walker and will glady take that as official in my eyes. She was like Marvin the Martian/Commander X-2 but extra cute and that's what matters, like most baby inkfish really. Enjoy how Marina is talking to her teen self about the life ahead of her ontop of meeting the best woman in her life. (also happy Mar1na day, hopefully I won't forget next time, not even the other next one, no no no) Give out some comments here if you want to talk about it or even fave it if you like it.
