And in the 1910-1915 electoral registers, house names used for a while – after residents were compelled to use house names or numbers from 1909 – but which were then abandoned in favour of numbers. An idea I picked up from another One-Placer a while back. Much needed on a Wordpress site, where it’s easy to see the latest posts but not the latest pages (I have many more pages that posts—144 now, which is a lot of transcribed records!). And yes, a great way to track progress! #OnePlaceWednesday

I’d previously ordered a will which referred to coloured boundaries in an included map. Iron Mountain said they couldn’t provide a colour copy 🙄 but I noticed that the wills I was ordering just before the price hike were in colour so I re-ordered the will - & the map’s in colour!
