When people have more space to mingle and be happy this is the sort of thing the blooms naturally with neighbors & friends.

MDOT's proposal for the Interchange of the I-95/I-495 (Capital Beltway) and Medical Center Drive (Exit 16). The proposal shows a plan to widen the lanes of Medical Center Drive around the interchange, along with changing Medical Center Drive's interchange with the beltway from a diamond to a diverging diamond. Shared-use paths are added to the intersection through the middle of the proposed diverging diamond.
This would be overkill, especially considering that Northwest Stadium is leaving in a couple of years. If anything, you could road diet Medical Center Dr and strengthen the transit-oriented development around Morgan BLVD. @marylanddot.bsky.social #openstreets
