NRCC Chair Richard Hudsontold #GOP members not to do town halls. Likened it to 2017, said the protests at town halls and district offices are going to get even worse. Gee, I wonder why. #Afraidofconstituents My rep in #PA11 was early to this game. Hasn't held one in at least 6 years.
Over 150 people in #PA11 were so fed up with their GOP Rep. Lloyd Smucker’s lack of a town hall that they held one instead.
Smucker won his district with 63% of the vote in November and now his constituents are holding mock town halls.
