Often called “The City Of Hope”, its the most densely populated city in the PKZ world besides Raxtopia. Pokemon from all over the world visit and live here. The most common puff appears to be Hababes.

Goober is a large Galarian Zigzagoon from.. somewhere? Nobody really knows yet. They're characterized by their unique appearance, a cut off tail and more legs than they could need. They are often wild and uncontrolled, leading to all kinds of trouble.

Oscar is the leader of Blanket and Maozins Pokemon guild. He can eb described as someone who's a little too serious for his own good sometimes, but he has completely good intentions in mind. He has a horrible sense of direction, and often gets lost.
