This is a photograph of a dark grey knitted project posed on a blue backdrop. The yarn is almost black, with some variegation. It has is a loose stockinette weave which “switches sides” to create stripes of various widths. The stitches are bunched up on the needle because the project is very wide.
day 1104: working on a new knitting project! I was thinking small blanket when I started but it’s quite light so now I’m thinking it will be a shawl. I’m very excited to see how it ends up ☺️
